We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the eligibility terms below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:


  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Items returned due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Return Process


  1. Contact our support team at hello@vynaras.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed fault.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
You must include photos or videos showing the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@vynaras.com.
We will investigate the issue with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the courier confirms the parcel was lost in transit.

Delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or global disruptions are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly stated on their product pages.
Gift cards, digital downloads, or promotional items are also non-refundable.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
If the item is returned to our facility, the customer may request re-shipment at their own cost.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or unclaimed and returned to our warehouse or supplier, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping or restocking fees.

Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Vynaras reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request deemed fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with courier tracking data.
All claims are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and compliance with consumer protection laws.

Liability Disclaimer

Vynaras is not responsible for delays, losses, or indirect damages caused by courier performance, customs, or international delivery conditions.
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, any claim of non-receipt must be taken up directly with the courier.
