Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
United Kingdom & United States: 6–12 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Middle East: 7–14 business days
All Other International Regions: 8–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen global disruptions.
Courier Delays & External Factors
Vynaras cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Courier or postal service disruptions
Customs inspection or import regulations
Natural disasters, weather conditions, or strikes
Public holidays or international shipping restrictions
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier assumes responsibility for transit.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel using our Track Your Order page or through the courier’s website directly.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 3–5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at hello@vynaras.com.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
Vynaras is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In rare cases of lost or damaged parcels, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the courier.
Replacements or refunds are only issued after confirmation from the courier that the item was lost or damaged during transit.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Vynaras is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or any import fees applied by your local authorities.
Public Holidays
Orders placed during or near public holidays (in the UK or the destination country) may experience slight delays. This is outside our control, but we always work to dispatch orders promptly.
Non-Delivery or Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect their parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse or supplier facility.
Any associated return or re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Liability Disclaimer
Once an order has been dispatched and marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Vynaras is not responsible for any claims of non-receipt.
Customers must contact the courier directly for assistance with delivered parcels marked as received.
Vynaras shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, delays, or disruptions arising from courier performance, customs clearance, or global transport conditions.
